Job Description

I'm currently recruiting a Customer Experience Executive for a well-known internet brand. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries by both email and phone. Day to day duties will include:

  • Respond to email and telephone enquiries about estimates and valuations on the website
  • Complaint handling
  • Correct data and log system errors
  • Moderate web-based content

  • Great knowledge of IT packages
  • Proven experience in customer services
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
