Customer Experience Executive
I'm currently recruiting a Customer Experience Executive for a well-known internet brand. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries by both email and phone. Day to day duties will include:
- Respond to email and telephone enquiries about estimates and valuations on the website
- Complaint handling
- Correct data and log system errors
- Moderate web-based content
