In the role of Software Trainer you will be responsible for training all CoolCare customers to a high standard whether a new installation or a customer looking to improve their knowledge base.

Ensuring that the customers can understand and make full use of their software you will provide advice and recommendations for how to maximise the use of CoolCare within their business to improve operational and financial performance. Whether via online or on-site training, you will always aim to understand customer need, tailoring your training to best satisfy their improvement requirements. You are also responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, working closely with the Account Manager to identify training needs and ensure that they continue to feel the benefit of utilizing our software.

·Deliver and develop on site software training to existing customers.

·Deliver and develop online software.

·Develop and maintain CoolCare user guides ensuring these are up to date and accurate at all times.

·Maintain the CRM database.

·Assist the wider team with troubleshooting and customer queries.

·Develop and maintain CoolCare user guides.

·Identify customer training needs

·Promote CoolCare training services

·Produce accurate and timely KPI’s and reports on existing software and new releases.
