My client is looking to appoint an individual with a passion for customer service and complaint resolution. This is a unique and new role that will present future career opportunities to the right person. There will be day to day management of a small team, and overall responsibility for ensuring escalated complaints are dealt with in accordance with company guidelines.

You will have had some exposure in a complaint handling and quality assurance role, and be looking for a career path in this area. Some previous financial services experience would be very relevant.
