Are you a Senior Security Specialist with in depth technical knowledgeand understanding, as well the ability to engage at board level on aglobal scale? If so, apply now for this new role with a global FinTechleader based in the City of London. A Senior Security Specialist is required to join a global leader in afast-paced, security led environment. The business is reliant uponproviding the highest quality and most secure platforms the market canoffer, and this role will join in a senior technical capacity. As the senior member of a team of 6, the Senior Security Specialistwill provide leadership and coaching to less experienced members of theteam, whilst representing the team and its finding at board level. Ideally the Senior Security Specialist will be CISSP certified, and youmust have the ability to perform deep dive technical analysis ofsecurity incidents in order to co-ordinate remediation activity with avariety of internal teams and external providers. The Senior Security Specialist will have the following responsibilities: *Provide Cyber Security incident analysis and support for a globalenterprise scale business *Analyse output from security tools to identify security threats *Undertaking and co-ordinating security incident response activities inconjunction with internal technical teams and 3rd parties *Lead and improve the Cyber Security Incident Response process *Act as a point of escalation for complex security incidents *Analyse and present results and information generated by IDS and SIEM tools *Lead forensic technical investigations *Creation of both detailed technical incident reports and non-technicalsummaries for use by technical specialists and business leaders The successful Senior Security Specialist will have the skills andexperience to carry out the above responsibilities, as well as the following: *CISSP (preferred) *In depth experience of Security Incident Response, largely forinfrastructure based security incidents and threats *A continuing interest and ability to engage at a highly technicallevel, but also previous experience on communicating at a senior levelwith non-technical business leaders *Experience analysing results from IDS and SIEM tools *Broad skills across network, virtualisation, database, cloud, mobileand messaging security *Experience of working in an enterprise scale environment - anappreciation of PCI DSS would be a bonus This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Security Specialist tojoin an innovative, market leading business.
