Description of Role and Key Responsibilities To assist the Central IT Project Team with the administrative load of the Project Manager(s) and to effectively manage the administrative requirements of the Project Team, which includes, but is not limited to, setting up project and team meetings, assisting in project workshops, chasing up delivery of project and team actions, consolidating project reporting and providing Management Information. To be competent; efficient and well skilled to carry out and take on all responsibilities with regard to integrated project management, project management reporting and to be able to effectively manage and co-ordinate small projects. Core Skills and Attributes Extensive experience of the full Microsoft Suite including; MS Office, MS Project; MS Access; MS Outlook and Internet browser Understanding of all required Project documents (templates etc); Minutes; processes and procedures; Project progress Basic knowledge of Project Management and supporting Project Management methodologies Personal attributes and other requirements Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Good organisational and time management skills Comfortable working in an environment with minimal supervision - provided by Dice INTERNET, MICROSOFT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT
