  • PM Web experience
  • Design, Construction, Architecture, Real Estate Development or
    Facilities Management exposure.
  • Experience in document management, system administration, data
  • LSS Yellow Belt required or obtained in the first year.
  • Team Leadership and Management.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Comfortable with technology; word processing, spreadsheet, and database
    software preferred
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Strong knowledge of an Electronic Document Management Systems, Document
    Control Tools, or Collaborative Project Management software such as
    Constructware, Prolog, Primavera, Newforma, Aconex, Asite or similar, AutoCAD,
    AutoCAD Revit
  • Good written and oral communication, attention to detail, organizational
    and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrable ability to interact
    effectively with project professionals and management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
    Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Business area expertise and industry relevant certifications (APICS
  • Knowledge and understanding of business process framework (APQC desired)
  • Exposure to business process modeling and simulation tools (desired)
  • Exposure to enterprise data modeling exposure

PM Web
consultant - London

The Real Estate
PM Web Consultant will have a strong background in business analysis and a
working knowledge of key project management concepts acts and most of the work
in this position will focus on system integration. Working knowledge of and
experience with SQL is highly desirable

The role will
be within the Xerox REIM team and will support activities required by
championing document standards and requirements during Capital Improvement and
ongoing Facilities Management (FM) projects.

The methodical
investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business
in terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data
on which the information is based. The definition of requirements for improving
any aspect of the processes and systems and quantification of potential
business benefits. The creation of viable specifications and acceptance
criteria in preparation for the construction of information and communication

The qualified
candidate will have computer-based, web-based or cloud-based document
management experience within the Design and Construction industry. This
position is responsible for project managing activities. These activities
require cooperation will have a strong background in business analysis and a
working knowledge of key project management concepts across a group of
individuals that span the entire organization as well as individuals outside
such as HR, Legal, and Finance.

The PM Web
consultant performs a variety of document control functions the PM Web

Investigates operational
