Scope:

Responsibilities:
Key Tasks
  • Works with colleagues and clients/users to
    investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data
    structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
  • Works with colleagues and clients/users to
    investigate operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements
    in automated and non-automated components of new or changed
    processes/procedures, organization and equipment.
  • Works with colleagues and clients/users in
    specifying information flows, processes/procedures and data objects that will
    meet the business requirements.
  • Documents work using the required standards,
    methods and tools.
  • Takes part in client/user meetings and
    assists in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing
  • Assists colleagues and clients/users in
    defining acceptance tests for automated systems.
  • Assists in defining, planning and
    justifying (in business terms) projects to develop/implement automated and
    non-automated components of new or changed processes.
  • PM Web experience
  • Design, Construction, Architecture, Real Estate Development or
    Facilities Management exposure.
  • Experience in document management, system administration, data
    governance.
  • LSS Yellow Belt required or obtained in the first year.
  • Team Leadership and Management.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Comfortable with technology; word processing, spreadsheet, and database
    software preferred
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Strong knowledge of an Electronic Document Management Systems, Document
    Control Tools, or Collaborative Project Management software such as
    Constructware, Prolog, Primavera, Newforma, Aconex, Asite or similar, AutoCAD,
    AutoCAD Revit
  • Good written and oral communication, attention to detail, organizational
    and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrable ability to interact
    effectively with project professionals and management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
    Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Business area expertise and industry relevant certifications (APICS
    desired)
  • Knowledge and understanding of business process framework (APQC desired)
  • Exposure to business process modeling and simulation tools (desired)
  • Exposure to enterprise data modeling exposure
  • Business change/transformation techniques and processes
PM Web
consultant - London


The Real Estate
PM Web Consultant will have a strong background in business analysis and a
working knowledge of key project management concepts acts and most of the work
in this position will focus on system integration. Working knowledge of and
experience with SQL is highly desirable

The role will
be within the Xerox REIM team and will support activities required by
championing document standards and requirements during Capital Improvement and
ongoing Facilities Management (FM) projects.

The methodical
investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business
in terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data
on which the information is based. The definition of requirements for improving
any aspect of the processes and systems and quantification of potential
business benefits. The creation of viable specifications and acceptance
criteria in preparation for the construction of information and communication
systems.

The qualified
candidate will have computer-based, web-based or cloud-based document
management experience within the Design and Construction industry. This
position is responsible for project managing activities. These activities
require cooperation will have a strong background in business analysis and a
working knowledge of key project management concepts across a group of
individuals that span the entire organization as well as individuals outside
such as HR, Legal, and Finance.

The PM Web
consultant performs a variety of document control functions the PM Web
application

Investigates operational
requirements and problems, contributing to improvements in automated and non-automated
components of new or changed processes. Assists in defining acceptance tests
for automated systems.
