Shortlist Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3rd line Support Engineer to join a well-established IT Services Provider in Wrexham. Our client has been providing IT support for over 30 years, they hold a reputation for delivering support through their friendly, expert engineers who make up their first class support team.
We are currently looking for an experienced 3rd line Support Specialist who has help desk experience within either an IT support provider or a large software house.
Required Skills for the 3rd Line Support Engineer:
* 3rd line support experience
* Self-driven and innovative individual
* VMware
* MS Active Directory
* MS Office 365
* MCP
* Azure
* Cisco
Essential experience for the 3rd Line Support Engineer:
* Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
* Strong team player
* Excellent communication and people skills
The 3rd Line Support Engineer is eligible for a salary of up to £40,000 (dependant on experience) along with a great benefits package.
This role of 3rd Line Support Engineer is based in the Chester area and is commutable from Wrexham, Chester, Oswestry, Chirk, Mold, Whitchurch, The Wirral, and Warrington
