2nd Line Support - Southend - up to 30,000 per annum - 1 year fixed term contract Your new company You will be joining a well established research and manufacturing organisation as a 2nd Line Support Analyst in Southend. This Second Line Support job is a 1 year fixed Term Contract. Your new role In your new 2nd Line Support job in Southend, you will be proving first and second line support to users on a variety of technologies including Mobile devices, software as well as desktops. You will be providing remote access support to users on Microsoft Office, ERP systems and Lotus Notes. You will be providing 1st line support and 2nd line support in an ITIL environment. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your new position, you will have experience working in a first line support position using ticketing systems. Your previous experience in Lotus Notes as well as Office 365 support will essential in the success of your new position. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of up to 30,000 per annum based on experience as well as a generous benefits package.
