Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist
This role will be focused on the development and optimisation of the customer journey across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities of the Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist:
- Working with wider teams to deliver a constant pipeline of customer journey optimisation improvements
- Project managing workload for insurance digital scrum using workflow management system
- Provide insight for on page optimisation and develop content to improve SEO results
- Working with external stakeholders to understand customer experience and improve customer journeys
- Develop a program of multi-variate tests to drive conversion rate optimisation
- Developing new channels to support acquisition through lead generation
Key Skills of the Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist:
- Proven experience with managing and improving conversion rate optimisation
- Proven experience working with web metrics to analyse results
- Proven experience driving improvements on SEO
- Strong internal stakeholder management
