This post is an exciting opportunity, as a member of our senior management team, to achieve high service standards and contribute to our ambitions plans for the future.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing service delivery through line management and clinical supervision of an enthusiastic staff team, who run a range of community-based mental health services. You will also contribute to team and organisation-wide development relevant to this post.
We are seeking a self-motivated team leader with experience of managing health and social care services within a diverse population. You will have an excellent knowledge of mental health practice and a track record of service user empowerment. You will have an ability to manage projects in partnership and across public/voluntary/private sectors.
It is highly desirable that you have a background in managing education, training and employment services and have experience of earned income generating services.
