Temporary Payroll Administrator

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

£8.00 per hour

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Payroll Administrator to join our Customer Management Centre on a temporary basis for 6 months, potentially longer.

You will be part of our market leading Corporate Accounts division where you will be responsible for pay rolling our temporary workforce across a number of key accounts.

Responsibilities:

* Process payroll for a growing temporary workforce
* Respond to payroll related queries, including SMP, SPP, SSP etc
* Set up new payroll profiles and adding new starters to the internal system
* Assist in resolving invoicing and debt related queries
* Liaise with other departments to ensure that the payroll process is as efficient as possible
* Become a subject matter expert in all payroll and billing related activities
* Calculate rates and charge breakdown
* Manage all activities relating to P45, Holidays and submission of timesheets
* Manage own workload effectively
* Look for ways to continually improve processes
* Deliver excellent customer service to both our workforce and internal customers

Preferred Experience:

* The Recruitment Industry Cycle
* Processing Payroll for large volumes
* Credit Control
* Customer service experience
