We now have an exciting position with our client who is an accredited and fully authorised specialist Debt Recovery Litigation law firm based in the vibrant city centre of Manchester. This exciting role of Customer Complaints and Remediation Officer is based within the Risk and Compliance team that has arisen from a continued desire to provide the best possible customer and client experience.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a CRB and Credit check and therefore a clear credit history together with no criminal record is required.

You will assist in handling and resolving customer dissatisfaction and complaints. It is therefore important that the successful candidate has the ability to really listen to customer’s feedback, reassure them and manage their expectations to achieve a positive outcome for all, where possible. Complaints must be handled within regulatory time-scales, so time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines within this role are crucial.

The role will involve continually challenging the business to reach its full potential. This will include reviewing feedback from clients and addressing any areas for improvement that have been identified. You will also assist the Quality Assurance teams in addressing any areas that have been identified for development. In order to do this you will get to liaise with a wide range of key stakeholders within the business, so it is important that the successful candidate has great relationship building skills. You will be addressing the root cause of risks within the business, so the successful candidate has the ability to have a huge, positive impact on the business, its customers and clients.

You must possess excellent customer and client engagement skills and be able to analyse information and provide well-timed, challenging and informative feedback to the business.
