Credit Controller

Adecco are proud to be working with a well known company based in Ashford!

They are currently looking for a credit controller to join their busy team on a temporary basis!

Duties include:

Chasing overdue debt by telephone, email and letter to ensure invoices are paid in accordance to payment terms.
Recording all debt chasing activities clearly and promptly on debt management software.
Liaising with treasury department to ensure payments are allocated in accordance with customer remittances.
Investigating and resolving queries with relevant internal teams relating to non-payment of invoices.
Weekly reporting and account reconciliations.

Skills:

Good Excel skills
Keen attention to detail
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Oracle and any debt management software
Must have Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience
