Responsibilities include: Manage the end to end development of consumer propositions and their growth strategy Work closely with insight and marketing intelligence to understand our consumer requirements and trends ensuring these inform decision making within propositions Develop compelling propositions, products and services that meet our consumer needs Evaluate the viability of new propositions producing management information to inform business decisions Working with our finance and commercial team, ensure we have a robust business case that delivers commercial benefit. Work closely with insight and marketing intelligence to monitor the delivery to launch of new propositions and pro-actively respond working closely with colleagues to ensure effective launch Develop propositions and plans with stakeholders across the business ensuring the effective communication and training of our propositions to our colleagues Brief marketing colleagues and input into development of communication and marketing plans to support the launch of new propositions Keep abreast of competitor and emerging propositions developing in the market Project manage the implementation of the integrated proposition strategy Develop and implement an effective end to end proposition development and approval process. Experience needed: Significant experience working in a propositions or product development role, ideally in a financial services or FSA/FCA regulated business Commercial acumen and analytical skills - can identify, size and explain a business opportunity Creative, with strong organisational and project management skills with an ability to meet challenging deadlines Track record of effective planning and controlling a number of initiatives prioritising them accordingly A convincing and influential communicator.
