Head of Marketing
Role Responsibilities Drive lead generation campaigns, working closely with the Campaigns Manager to ensure activity is highly targeted, effective and achieves maximum ROI Ensure prospects are nurtured and developed by the Partnerships Managers and that opportunities are qualified and passed to the relevant business units Help define and develop the overall Group Marketing strategy Create, manage, maintain and cultivate sales and marketing campaigns which will enable the Group to exceed annual revenue goal Monitor and analyse performance of offline and online marketing initiatives for all programmes (ROI, KPIs) Select, negotiate and manage all agency/supplier marketing-related relationships Identify new innovative channels by staying up to date with emerging tools Continue to develop the brand look and feel, visual identity and brand guidelines for all online and offline collateral Ensure all sales, marketing and communications material meet brand guidelines Drive the public relations effort, including engaging and maintaining relationships with the press and connecting the community with viable media opportunities Document communications operating procedures and deadlines; and monitor measures to determine the effectiveness of communications implement programs and design and implement plans to improve results Improve and manage the quality of business proposals, tenders, presentations and other forms of external communication Improve and manage the quality, frequency and mediums used for internal communication to ensure we are creating content that is engaging, relevant and useful to colleagues Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure website design and functionality updates continue to develop in line with the group's service offerings; guide content management system use and training; and develop in-house contact management tools Ensure strategies to drive online traffic to the website by managing efficient SEO are on-track and improving Work with the Social Media Manager to build a cohesive social media strategy in line with brand and identity Drive the calendar of our thought leadership events, ensuring all events are well attended and promoted to target audiences Person Specification A passionate and driven individual with an infectious enthusiasm that has the ability to excite, energise and motivate others in order to implement change and make things happen An individual who will lead by example and get their 'hands dirty' Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write and present ideas with clarity, confidence and persuasion Strong stakeholder experience and the ability to deal with senior members of staff A strategic and creative thinker experienced in developing and implementing B2B marketing campaigns Demonstrable experience planning, implementing, measuring (ROI) and improving a range of inbound and outbound marketing and sales channels both offline and online Experience developing and implementing Digital and Social Media marketing campaigns Commercially astute with strong financial/numerical acumen Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret industry intelligence to refine strategies Experience leading an end-to-end marketing function with associated revenue accountabilities Previous experience of being involved in developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy Strong campaign, project and budget management skills Understanding of core PR skills - client relations, story strategy and program development, media and influencer outreach, writing Experience with SEO/SEM/Marketing Automation/CRM systems About Us...
