Key Responsibilities:

* Reporting directly to the General Manager key responsibilities are to maximise the return on every opportunity to achieve sales in line with individual and team targets.
* You will become an expert in our field and match customer's requirements with the company's stock inventory and other factors to ultimately determine a sale. You will manage and maintain existing customer accounts as well as creating new accounts from sales leads which you will contact by telephone as part of the daily activity.
* You will be self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and an excellent communicator.
* A professional approach to dealing with customers and excellent people skills to excel at selling the range of products and services to new and existing customers is paramount along with the resilience and passion to succeed in a fast paced and exciting environment.
* As an Internal Sales Executive you’ll be the front line for our clients customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue their growth and delivering first class customer service.

* Internal Sales Executives within our clients company will build strong relationships with existing customers as well as establish new relationships by researching, approaching and developing new clients.
* You also need to develop strong relationships with other parts of the business and use every part of your skill and experience to ensure our customers are happy.
* Confident dealing with a high volume of calls and producing quotations.
* Business development and client management.
* An element of code calling to help generate new business growth.

Essential Skills:

* Experience and the ability to communicate on all levels of business.
* Confident phone manner when making cold calls.
* Enthusiastic and self motivated.
* Ability to build strong Customer Relationships and thrive in a competitive and dynamic team.
* Experience of working to and achieving targets in a sales environment.
* Strong time management.
* Effective negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Committed and target / action focused with a desire to be successful.
* Good IT skills with Office 365 proficiency.
