We are working with a small & design focused structural engineering firm with an excellent client base who are currently seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their skilled team of professionals on a full-time permanent basis in their Belfast office. For the right candidate there is equity in the business on offer & the opportunity to progress to Partner!

This firm offers a range of civil & structural engineering design services and are known for designing structures in a way that pleases the client & respects the design of the Architect. The successful Chartered Structural Engineer will be working on a range of bespoke projects including luxury housing, domestic alterations, multi-storey residential, refurbishments & maritime structures.

Projects: Residential, Commercial, Domestic, Maritime and more.

Headcount: ~10

Location: This firm's Belfast office is conveniently located in the city centre & is less than a 5-minute walk from the nearest train station.

Requirements:

* Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering,
* Be a Chartered Engineer (MIStructE),
* Have a minimum of 10 years’ design experience ideally within small-medium design focused practices,
* Have excellent communication skills both written & verbal,
* Experience in minor civils would be an advantage,
* Experience managing small teams & mentoring their development,
* Have experience managing projects & delivering them at a high standard, on time & to budget.
