Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a hard-working EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Nottingham City?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a EYFS Teaching Assistant on behalf of an larger than average inner city primary school in Nottingham to start ASAP until the new academic year 2019. This is a long-term role with a salary of £55 - 65 per day.

This is a larger than average primary school, situated in the town centre. The school has approximately 473 pupils, including the pupils who attend the Nursery, and is a three form entry. The school prides itself on being at the heart of the community, offering a well-rounded education and a wide variety of opportunities for each pupils, which both enrich and enhance their experiences at school.

They currently seek:
*A suitably qualified Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting students in EYFS, particularly within Reception.
*A passionate and hard-working Teaching Assistant who has experience taking groups of students for classes in Phonics and Numeracy.
*A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.

Supporting students across EYFS, within both Nursery and Reception, both within the classroom as a general TA and outside with students with additional needs who require extra support.

The school is just south of the city, very close to the tram and bus stops. It is easily accessible by car.

This is a 'Good' school, rated in 2015. The children work and play cooperatively whilst being polite and respectful to one another. The school aims to remove all barriers to learning to ensure that every child can enjoy and fully participate in all aspects of school life and benefit from the full breadth and richness of the opportunities the school provide. There is strong focus in the Early Years Foundation Stage on ensuring that pupils are supported in becoming confident and enthusiastic readers. The current headteacher’s outstanding leadership, together with the good support of senior and middle leaders, plays a full part in promoting the academy’s values and good practice in teaching.

*Hold a Level 2 (or higher) Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
