Electrical Site Manager. This Scope of Works for this Trade Contract consists of the following:
Provision of a suitably qualified, experienced Electrical Site Manager to assist in the leadership of the Subcontractor’s project team at the C360 Shafts.
The Electrical Site Manager’s role will be as directed by the Subcontractor’s Project Manager and the duties to be performed comprise:
Responsibility for the delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the Subcontractor’s high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental requirements, in accordance with the project’s managers and specific contract requirements.
Reporting to the SRW Project Manager and SRW senior management in accordance with project and company procedures as appropriate.
Liaison with the Employer’s representatives, statutory authorities and other project stakeholders.
Direction of team members so that they fulfil their roles and provide all necessary support and documentation in a timely manner for reporting to the client in accordance with the project’s specific requirements. These include, but are not limited to:
 Review and comment on technical documentation issued to and by the Subcontractor
 Management of design processes from Tender information through MEP design completion to as-installed mark-ups.
 Programming
 Progress reporting
 Financial control
 Inspection and Test Plans
 Commission ability review
 Execution of construction and subcontracted works, including all changes to Works Information, temporary works and logistics
 Liaison with the Principal Contractor to ensure all attendances due to the Subcontractor are provided
 Client and subcontractor meetings
 Health, safety, environmental and quality control
 Completion of handover including all necessary support, installation & H&S File documentation
 Ensuring the project team protects the Subcontractor’s commercial, contractual and reputational interests at all times.
 Ensuring the project team adheres to processes as set out within
“Our Way of Working”
 Working to the Code of Conduct
Other duties as directed by the Subcontractor’s Operations Manager
Management of self-perform works which are to be undertaken by the Subcontractor using its directly employed labour. Forecasting of labour requirements, ensuring that labour is able to work efficiently and that relevant contractual notices are issued when it is not.
Assistance in the procurement of sub subcontract and consultancy packages. Ensure that sub subcontracts include comprehensive work scopes. Direction of sub subcontractors and consultants engaged by the Subcontractor so that they undertake their works to time and to budget, including but not limited to the following packages:
 Ductwork
 Building Management System,
 Fire Detection and Alarms
 Fire Mains
 Gas Suppression
 VRF Cooling
 LV Switchgear
 Insulation
 Trace Heating
 Sump Pumps
 Commissioning
 Lightning Protection/Earthing
 EMC Study

Assistance in the procurement of equipment and material packages. Ensuring that equipment and materials are compliant with the required specifications and standards and are delivered at times to meet the Subcontractor’s programme of works, including but not limited to the following packages:
 Cable Management Systems
 AHU & Fans
 Attenuators
 Grilles
 Cable
 Motorised Dampers
 Luminaires.
 Lighting Control
 Distribution Boards
 Pipework
 Sanitary Ware
