My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit aGraduate Software Developer to work in their Hampton office very closeto the train station. You will be joining a talented team of developers. C#, ASP.NET, JAVASCRIPT, PYTHON As a Software Engineer you would be required to plan, develop, test,and document custom-engineered programs and systems to meet our clientsand business needs. You will be actively involved in either maintainingor enhancing existing software for clients, or writing (under guidance)new applications using a variety of technologies. Working within a teamyou will contribute ideas and options to address technical issues. Youneed to be prepared to learn new technologies and techniques to improvecode writing and application performance with the aim to always meetclient's changing business requirements. You must be able to learn bygaining experience in a number of team-related projects in differentwork areas, as all the required training will be a mixture of in-house,and a self-help basis through referral to a manual or websites. Key Responsibilities 1.The primary role of a Software Engineer is the development of newsoftware and the second and third line support of existing software. 2.As a Software Engineer you will be working with our multi-functionalapplication used by a variety of public and private sector clients.Duties include, but are not limited to: Analysing software issues Creating and applying software fixes Administering clients' databases Developing and maintaining administrator tools and utilities Upgrading clients to the latest releases Data migration Adherence to quality processes Analysing new user requirements Designing and developing new functionality Key Attributes & Skills 1.As a member of the team we hugely value your ability to communicateexternally and internally at all levels, fluently and consistently. 2.As a business unit we have adopted core personal behaviors as valuesthat we expect of ourselves and that we would want those we work with tohave.
