Incident Manager - Permanent Position - Whitley - Up to 48,000. Your new role You will manage complaints from telecommunication clients, in regards to telecommunication masses and the facilities around it. You should be able to manage complaints from incident to resolution and put plans in place to stop these issues happening in the future. What you'll need to succeed You should have a telecommunications background, hold an ITL qualification and have a corporate background. Any experience within A/C is desirable.
