We are delighted to be working with our client based in Chippenham recruiting for a Help Desk Coordinator role. This will be on a temporary basis of 6-months. The main duties will include being the main point of contact for customers with IT queries.

The Role
- Manage call help desk
- Creating new IT accounts and ordering hardware
- Monitoring Foods in and despatching of equipment
- Support admin team with general duties and new starter process

The individual
- Previous help desk experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office package
- Providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
