We are seeking an outstanding, experienced candidate to join our successful school which caters for Key Stage 2 pupils. Part-time or full-time candidates will be considered.

Winterbourne Boys’ Academy was recently rated a ‘Good’ school by Ofsted in March 2017 in its first inspection.

We are a growing school with outstanding recent Key Stage 2 results and part of the Platanos Trust, an ambitious and high-performing academy trust. It is just the place for talented, ambitious individuals to develop their career and make their mark.

We are a school with very high expectations and a relentless drive for improvement. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with up-to-date knowledge and experience of SEND. The candidate will have the skills and expertise to drive support for pupils in order to raise achievement and expectations. The candidate will be dedicated to fostering inclusive practices in relation to teaching and learning and safeguarding. They will also have a commitment to the work ethic and ethos of the school and the Platanos Trust.
