Reports to: Commercial Director Based: Central London, with client visits predominantly to London-based clients. Their job is to make their SME clients'IT work seamlessly, as well as being their trusted advisor when it comesto new IT developments and IT security (including the latest security,email, collaboration and file sharing cloud technologies). As they buildon their success, they are looking to expand their highly credibleBusiness Management team. ABOUT YOU The Ideal candidate will be passionate about exceptional servicedelivery and always willing to go the extra mile for clients. They wouldbe solution-focused, a self-starter and able to develop businessoutcomes that have a positive impact on both the business and the client. ABOUT THE ROLE The role will involve but is not limited to the following: - Client relationship management: Establishing and nurturing long-termrelationships with key client contacts through onsite visits and remote management - Business, operational and strategic leadership: Identifyingdevelopment opportunities as well as managing the client team to ensurethe acceleration of problem resolution - Commercial awareness and business acumen: Developing businessprofitability within each client by presenting and proposing value-addedservices to further develop the relationship - Service delivery management: Managing client satisfaction, managingexpectations and ensuring we exceed our SLAs Please note, this role is not sales focused. A consultative-styleapproach to client and relationship development and focus on servicedelivery is required. CANDIDATE PROFILE Essential skills - 2 years+ industry experience in Business to Business Client Service,Client Relationship Management or Account Management - A keenness to understand the IT services marketplace and developments - Excellent interpersonal skills including expectation management andnegotiation, and the ability to deal effectively with people at alllevels - Outstanding oral/written communication skills with the ability togenerate client proposals and reports as well as to communicate/simplify technical information in person, by email or over the phone - Ability to multi-task and adopt a proactive and organised approach - An overall confidence, desire to work as part of a team and anability to deliver against targets and KPIs - High personal integrity, ethics and credibility Desirable skills - Market experience in IT/technology-based environment, or an interestin this area, would be a bonus - Managed Service Provider experience would be beneficial but not essential - provided by Dice ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, CLOUD, SERVICE DELIVERY
