We are recruiting on behalf of our incentive based client who is on the lookout for a keen graduate to join their team as a Client Services Manager. You will take responsibility for all aspects of client projects; managing from inception to completion and updating consistently.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:

  • Successfully delivering client projects to the highest standards of excellence.

  • Aiding the maximisation of revenue; ensuring client retention and continuous liaison.

  • Managing financial aspects of client jobs, using bespoke company systems.

  • Setting up jobs and budgets; monitoring costs and times, updating budgets and invoicing.

  • Working alongside management to upsell existing projects and identifying future prospects.

  • Using content management tools to ensure programmes are updated efficiently.

  • Creating effective design briefs and communicating with internal creative teams.

Skills and attributes for Client Services Manager:

  • Previous experience within an agency environment alongside significant client and project management experience.

  • Knowledge of financial management; managing costs and monitoring budgets.

  • Responsible and professional with the ability to multitask, effectively meeting deadlines and reporting on progress.

  • Ideally previous Client Services Manager exposure.

  • IT literate with interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

  • Strong task and time management skills; a commercial outlook with a passion for quality.
