My client a leading Pensions and Corporate Benefits company is actively looking to recruit a Financial Services Commissions and Reconciliation Specialist. The role is To provide professional, accurate and efficient support to the Business part of wider network for the matching and reconciliation of income. Processing and settling received commission, adviser charges and fees; investigating queries and liaising with financial Services providers to ensure accurate income is received; and reporting regular management information. Operating within the governance and operating requirements of the Company Group.

The main duties will include the following:-

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Including, but not limited to:

• Ensuring Intelliflo is maintained and up to date with income receipts

• Reconciling statements from providers with bank statements and expectations

• Accurately keeping Intelliflo up to date with details of received income and clawbacks

• Entering bank postings into Intelliflo

• Identifying anomalies and investigating queries by liaising with Group finance, Providers and Company staff

• Chasing missing statements from Providers

• Saving commission statements for easy reference and audit purposes

• Assisting with annual audit

• Meeting month and year end reconciliation and reporting requirements

• Developing and keeping up to date clear and efficient processes for managing income reconciliation

• Adhering to data protection protocols

• Meet all of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Treating Customers Fairly consumer, conduct risk requirements

• Meet all compliance and Group governance requirements, including completion of all mandatory compliance training.

At times, the job holder may have to undertake other activities of a similar nature.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following key skills:-

Knowledge and experience

Experience of accounting and income reconciliation

Experience of Intelliflo would be an advantage

Previous relevant office administration gained within the financial services or pensions industry

Demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge

Demonstrate experience of providing high quality administrative support
