IT Support Analyst required to take on this rare opportunity to join our award winning, industry leading Client, based in West London (near to Ealing, Acton, Brentford, Chiswick, Richmond, Hammersmith etc). You are an IT Support Analyst ( Desktop Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Analyst ) with broad IT skills (i.e. Windows 8 & 10, MS Office 2010 or Office 365, Active Directory etc ) who is looking for a company that will push you to quickly increase your depth and breadth of IT expertise; positively encouraging your personal and technical development and potential internal career advancement!

You will be encouraged to develop your skills to be able to tackle the broadest of 1st and 2nd line support for Desktop and retail (EPOS) applications, Server, Network and Unified Comms. You won’t be expected to know everything day one but you will be expected to mirror our Client’s interest and commitment in your training! As one of the IT Support Analysts, you will quickly become a key member of the team, working with a diverse, multi-site user community providing a mix of BAU support. And with the business investing heavily in all areas of IT, you will also be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
To be considered for the role we would hope you can demonstrate a strong academic background although the right aptitude, drive and experience is what is key. We would expect the right individual to have at least 18 months experience working as an IT Support Analyst ( Desktop Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Analyst ) where you have demonstrated a passion for customer service while developing your technical skills that should include Windows 7, 8 & 10, MS Office 2010 or Office 365 and Active Directory. In addition we would expect you to offer exposure and/or the desire to develop your expertise in some of the following:

- MS Exchange2010
- VMWare
- LANDesk
- Mimecast
- Solar Winds
- SQL Server
- Networking ( DNS, TCP, Switches, Routers, Vlans, , Firewalls, Access Points etc)
- VoIP/SIP

Depending on your current experience you can expect a starting salary in the range of £27,000 to £35,000 + excellent benefits, a great company and team culture and the promise of your continued training and development.
