Security Support Engineers

50000 - 60000 + shift allowance + car + bonus

Location - Wiltshire

As part Security Incident Response Team you will provide deep subject matter expertise over the range of vendor products and resolve Security incidents.

Key Responsibilities of the Role: This is a shift role, covering 24/7, you will be required to cover flexible working hours/shift patterns which is currently on a 3 on 3 off pattern. Act as an escalation point, to manage the resolution process for all critical incidents from the point at which they are escalated to resolution The role will be accountable to help improve overall performance around managing, tracking and reporting of incidents Provide prompt progress updates to the appropriate parties until detection of the root cause and issue closure of any particular incident. Responsible for the complete process adherence and handling of critical incidents according to SLAs.
Required Skills:
- Exposure working in a NOC/SOC environment
- Strong hands on skills with a mix of the following products; F5 LTM, GTM and ASM Cisco ASA Firewalls, SourceFire, IPS, ISE Bluecoat proxy Juniper SRX Forcepoint- Engaging with external customers.
- Incident response and ownership
- Vulnerability Management and threat resolution.
