Service Desk Analyst / 2nd line
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst / 2nd line Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis
The successful candidates will be required to provide technical remote support diagnosing and resolving customer issues. You will have previous 1st/2nd line / Service Desk / Incident management experience with past experience supporting Windows XP-7, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office Applications and VPN's.
It would also be advantageous to have Windows Server 2008 and / or Citrix experience however this is not essential. In addition to technical skills you will also have excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
