Requirements of the UI/UX Developer

• Develop and build out business critical product functionalities with focus on best in class UI/UX
• Rapid prototyping in HTML/CSS as part of our UX development process
• Iterative quality assurance with designers, interaction designers and developers
• Maintain and increase quality of our existing product portfolio
• Optimize web applications high performance and scalability
• Be creative and bring fresh ideas for designing new and user-friendly solutions
• Response design development support for multiple devices

Technical Skills

• Web development and responsive design
• HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Angular, React.js or similar frameworks
• Agile development teams
• Java or equivalent
• Source control Git, SVN and build tools like Maven, Gradle
• IntelliJ/Eclipse
• PC or Mac (your choice)

Bonus Skills

• A keen interest in the latest UI/UX design practices
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a system developer
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar
• Experience from full-stack development on enterprise applications
• Ability to deliver with high performance and focus on good quality
• A drive to finish projects, both personal and professional
