IT Change Business Analyst - Insurance, Policy Admin, Platform

Business Analyst (IT Change) required by Hertfordshire based Insurance client to work on a large scale transformation programme.

The Business Analyst (IT Change) will be responsible for a work-stream replacing a legacy Policy Administration System, and due to the nature of the role, the Business Analyst (IT Change) will need the following experience:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst delivering end-to-end IT Change projects and Programmes.
• Previous Insurance industry experience is a pre-requisite.
• Previous experience working on platform replacement work-streams, in particular Policy Admin Systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to document technical requirements and business processes.
