Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent 2nd Line support to customers
• Resolve technical issues to the best of your abilities
• Work closely with your colleagues as a team from 1st-3rd line
• Report bugs

Essential Skills:

• At least 3 years' Software Support experience
• Unix experience
• SQL/ PostgreSQL
