IT Support Manager
We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Manager. You will have practical experience of managing technical teams. You will be taking responsibility for the network and infrastructure during a period of substantial investment and transformation. Your team will be at the centre of delivering several substantial projects at the centre of the transformation programme. In addition you will manage the 2nd and 3rd line support for infrastructure and networking.
To be a success in this role you will ideally have a broad understanding of IT Technology and be comfortable managing highly technical teams. This is however very much a management role so this means being able to appreciates the demands put on technology SME's and the ability to maintain a clear focus within your team and the ability to gather the information needed to make recommendations and decisions that will deliver real value for the business. In addition you should have excellent stakeholder management experience including the ability to distil complex technical matters for the business identifying key risks, issues and opportunities to support effective decision making in the business. If successful you will routinely be dealing with key stakeholders to manage major incidents and playing a key part in the planning and delivery of the IT networking and infrastructure strategy going forward.
