Deskside Support Analyst / Support Analyst - US Law Firm

Deskside Support Analyst / Support Analyst required by a US Law Firm to provide 2nd Line Support to 300 Users in their London Offiice. The firm are looking to grow and are scheduled to move offices next year with deskspace for 500.

Responsibilities include:

  • To ensure incidents/requests are logged and entered accuratley and to respond to calls elevated by the 1st Line team.
  • Software/Hardware testing
  • PC Imaging and deployment
  • Providing some support to other European offices

Role requirements

  • Active Directory and Exchange
  • Exposure to working with Document Management Systems (iManage, Filesite)
  • Proven skills in managing and handling industry standard smartphone and mobile devices E.g. iPads, iPhones & Android
  • Experience working with Win 10, Office 2016, SCCM Citrix, Cisco VPN
  • At least 2-3 years experience working in a Law Firm
