We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant who will be an integral part our dedicated finance team. In this role you will be responsible for all accounting processes and finance reporting for our UK division. In addition, you will have control and accountability for stock management processes, security and forecasting.



  • Production of full monthly management accounts for the UK division

  • Help prepare the statutory year-end accounts

  • Cost & trend analysis on management accounts

  • Cost centre reporting within regional P&L’s.

  • Produce full balance sheet reconciliations

  • Process accrual and prepayments

  • Manage fixed asset register.

  • Support of annual budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Completion of VAT returns for multiple companies

  • Reconcile intercompany accounts

  • Preparation of cash flow forecasts

  • Help support the US Management Accountant with their month end reporting


  • Process improvement - reviewing processes ensuring maximum effectiveness.

  • Ensuring implementation of Credit Control Policy.

  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met including Companies House, FCA and HMRC.

  • Full revenue reconciliation

  • Lead cost control and management across all Epos Now companies.

Salesforce data

  • Assist with creating accurate reporting for recurring revenue including customers added, churn, expiration, average revenue per customer, average life cycle.
    Create accurate reporting for number of customers, products sold, customer margin.

  • Maintain platform on salesforce for credit card and expenses for staff using app for submission.

  • Monitor and maintain improved stock control process including write offs, stock takes, serial numbers.

  • Full reconciliation of partner revenue channel against expectation.

  • Maintain automated billing process for app partners.

Required Skills

  • 3 years+ experience as management accountant

  • Studying towards an accountancy qualification

  • Excellent experience in Excel to analyse and interpret data

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to be confident and assertive when liaising with management

  • Proactive and effective problem solving skills

  • Sound judgement for dealing with problems and discrepancies with confidence to correctly escalate concerns if required

  • Confident to come in to the department and hit the ground running
