Accounts Payable Controller
Location: Breedon on the Hill, East Midlands
Closing date: 27 April 2018

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Controller to join our busy accounts team, based at our Head Office in Breedon on the Hill.

You will be responsible for ensuring major accounts are kept up-to-date with any issues resolved in a timely manner, all direct debit and payments are allocated and produce AP processes and procedures.

The key elements of the role are as follows:

  • Hold responsibility for all Major accounts by resolving queries, reconciliation of accounts and processing of invoices.
  • Assist the Assistant Accounts Payable Senior with new supplier set ups and implementing change.
  • Work as part of the team in meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

You must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and numerical literacy, experience in problem solving would also be an advantage. You should be able to plan, organise and manage your time, and be a team player who can work on your own initiative.

Experience of working in an Accounts Payable role is essential.
