My client is looking for a Test Analyst. As so, you will be responsible for initially identifying and subsequently defining the required tests, monitoring scope coverage and evaluation of the tests conducted. This role also involves the execution of tests and the evaluating the overall quality of the product. Test automation will also be utilised for those areas where feasible.
My client is an IT Consultancy that provides solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as developing their own solutions. This is certainly a fantastic time to join such an expanding and leading company.
As a Test Analyst you will be asked to:
Determine the appropriate test approach and estimation, to ensure effective test preparation and execution, to mitigate business risk.
Utilise both automated and manual approaches to implement the appropriate testing regimes.
Design, build and maintain a functional test library, using either manual or automated tests;
Perform test execution as agreed in the Test Plans.
Comply with the agreed test methodology and standards to ensure good governance and record keeping.
Demonstrate a thorough approach to completing a task with concern for all aspects, however small.
Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure testing and associated issues are actioned.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a testing environment.
Qualifications ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Full understanding of the creation, execution, maintenance of test scripts together with reporting of test execution.
Experience of writing clear, unambiguous, and comprehensive documentation
Experience of using a test tool to manage scripting, execution of tests and defect management i.e. Quality Centre, Visual Studio Team Services
Some experience (6 months minimum) of Programming languages i.e. C#
Working knowledge of test automation (6 months minimum) i.e. Selenium, MS Test.
Experience of working in a CRM environment would be desirable.
Domain knowledge of membership business processes would be desirable.
