Software Engineer - .NET, C#, ADAM, MVC, Azure, RestfulAPI, CSS, HTML - eCommerce/Retail - £400/day - £500/day

An eCommerce leader, now requires a talented Software Engineer on a 6-12 month contract. The ideal candidate will have had some exposure of ADAM and .NET/C#.

• Strong knowledge of .NET, including framework and core
• Proficient in C#
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Experience with MVC
• Experience of Azure infrastructure
• Experience developing REST APIs
• Experience using Microsoft Test Framework and automated testing
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Experience using Visual Studio Team Services
• Experience working within Agile projects
• Ability to give reasonably accurate estimates for work
• Ability to work independently on time and to budget
• Experience with WebForms an advantage
• Experience creating database schemas and using Microsoft SQL an advantage
• Experience writing CSS, HTML, JavaScript an advantage
• Experience working with Digital Asset Management platforms an advantage
• Experience working with ADAM software (including Assets, Workflow, AgilePoint, Collaboration, Conceptshare) a large advantage.
