Due to continued expansion our client, a highly successful market leader within the service industry is looking to recruit an ambitious and dedicated Legal Graduate to complement their friendly team. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, key responsibilities will include;

• Completion of all court paperwork, in addition to composing responses to various legal and non-legal arguments.
• Brief external advocates, engage in mediation with motorists, and contact County Courts throughout England and Wales as required.
  Conduct own research into relevant legal issues and core commercial issues.
• Streamline existing processes to reduce unnecessary paperwork and cost.
  

The successful candidate will be highly academic and educated to degree level (achieving a 2:1 or above) as a minimum, preferably within law although other areas will be considered. You will be analytical by nature and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Combined with this you will possess professional relationship skills, a good commercial understanding and the desire to progress within a legal career.
