Desirable Experience

• Extensive experience working as a Proxy Product Owner and with Product Owners
• Experience of Digital Programmes or Projects
• Business Analysis experience
• Extensive experience refining a product backlog
• Developing processes
• Wireframe Development experience

• Requirements gathering
• Extensive experience of Kanban and Scrum
• Storyboard / user story development
• Extensive experience of writing user stories that follow the INVEST principles
• Experience of Behaviour Driven Development - BDD or TDD
• Extensive experience of value stream mapping
• Lean UX Design
• Experience of the Government Digital Service or Digital by Default model would be desirable
