We're currently helping one of the UK's largest media organisations with an integral hire for a Digital Product Manager with specific experience in User Journeys, Subscriptions/Loyalty funnelling etc.

They are is looking for a product manager responsible for acquiring new users, developing relationships with them and building loyalty to their products. This is a wide-ranging role covering the entire user journey from first encounter to their products through to engagement, active involvement and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities for Product Manager (User Journeys, Loyalty, Subscriptions) - Leading online media client:
The product manager sets out an integrated strategy for acquiring and retaining users. They bring in new users by optimising products for search and social discovery, keep them coming back through habit-building products such as alerts, social following, email newsletters and mobile apps, with the ultimate goal of converting them to registered users contributing opinions and story ideas. They understand the triggers that move users through the discovery-engagement-loyalty funnel and track conversion at each stage.

Skills and Experience for Product Manager (User Journeys, Loyalty, Subscriptions) - Leading online media client:

Prior experience of User Journeys, Loyalty, Subscriptions etc.
4+ years in product management, ideally including roles in media companies (but not essential)
Experience with user-centered and hypothesis-driven lean working practices
Track record of taking products or product features from concept to user-facing launch.
Experience managing complex, mature products in multi-stakeholder environments
Knowledge of SEO, social media and identity management systems would be advantageous
