Salary: £32,802- £35,961

For this role you will:

  • Lead ISHA’s customer involvement and engagement activities to monitor and improve performance and satisfaction levels
  • Maximise use of customer insight information to ensures customer priorities reflect ISHA’s service improvement work

  • Ensure the customer's voice is representative, promoting a wide choice for involvement opportunities
