Your Job:

In a nutshell, you will provide 1st-2nd line support and assist with the day to day operation and workload of the Service Desk.

Your Experience and Skills:


- Proven experience of working as a 1st or 2nd Line Support Engineer in a fast paced organisation

- Windows Desktop Skills

- Windows Server Skills

- O365 Administration Skills

- Citrix / VMware Experience

- Backups / Restore Skills

- SharePoint Skills

- Ticketing System Experience

Nice to Have:

- Experience in 3rd line support

- Experience in working for a Managed Service Provider
