This well-established but expanding firm of business advisors and accountants is continuing to grow and as a result of this is looking for an experienced PR professional with strong copywriting skills to join their marketing team.
Develop and implement an external PR strategy that will reinforce the firm's position and corporate narrative.
Write and edit press releases and other articles for the media, as well as web and other corporate communications.
Draft and advise on social media content.
Support the Marketing Executives by assessing PR needs and integrating PR activity into marketing campaigns.
Manage press liaison, building and facilitating relationships with relevant channels and journalist contacts and relevant internal stakeholders.
Compile weekly and monthly PR reports as well as maintaining additional administrational requirements.
Review and measure the effectiveness of PR activity including regular review of the performance of external agencies.
Undertake project work as requested by the Director of Marketing and Communications.
Take ownership of certain projects and campaigns, liaising with relevant stakeholders and suppliers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Take part in the strategic planning process.
Use client feedback to shape and advise on marketing communications.
Write copy for the Firm's website, ensuring content is kept up to date.
Source relevant advertising opportunities, media buying and creation of advertising and directory entries, including advertising at trade shows and conferences.
Write using the firm's tone of voice and educate others on how it applies.
Work closely with content specialist executive and the Director of Marketing, to develop an employer brand marketing plan.
Work closely with internal HR team to ensure recruitment communications are aligned with brand and corporate narrative.
Work with HR team to manage the firm's Glassdoor profile, ensuring a response to every review.
Assess and advise on appropriate channels and tools to implement external employer brand.
Work with HR team to promote the firm to prospective recruits, developing role specific campaigns where necessary.
