Service Desk Analyst
Our client is a international media client looking for Service Desk Analysts to work on the 24/7 Service Desk.
You will be responsible for supporting users remotely on HP Service Desk on Windows XP and MAC OSX platforms providing technical support and problem-solving, with high levels of resolution, customer support and satisfaction and working to ITIL standards. Strong experience of Windows XP desirable but not essential.
Must have excellent communication skills. This is an initial 6 month contract initially, with a view to gaining a extension once the initial 6 month contract has been completed.
