Role: Junior Software Test Engineer

As Junior Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for:

+ Verification of Software - Interpreting Requirements and Design artefacts and utilising appropriate methodology to verify software for end user functionality and alignment to requirements

+ Test Automation - Developing and maintaining a suite of automated tests in support of Continuous Integration of software developed via an Agile methodology
+ Teamwork - Supporting cross-functional team efforts in definition, integration, verification, and validation of products and sub-systems of moderate complexity

+ Customer Focus - Creating test cases so that software components may be developed and comprehensively tested prior to being delivered to a customer with a strong emphasis on User Experience

Experience:

As Junior Software Test Engineer you will have experience of:

+ Degree qualified or equivalent in Computer Science / Software Engineering or other relevant discipline
+ Testing of Software developed within an Agile framework
+ Automated testing with 3rd party tools and scripts

+ Testing of Software developed within a C++ & C# development language

+ Atlassian JIRA (for defect tracking)
+ User Experience (UX) testing
+ UML design tools, such as Enterprise Architect
