Application Support Analyst
We are looking to recruit an experienced Application support analyst to work in a customer facing role providing 2nd line support of their software to a client base that includes both SME and blue chip clients.
To be successful in this role you will need to have gained at least 12 months experience supporting mainstream application software. This could be financial, logistics, HR, warehousing, ERP, CRM any core business application. Ideally you will have gained a basic understanding of SQL and be used to supporting software that runs in a Windows environment. However in addition to the experience supporting application software the core requirement for this role is having an excellent customer service ethic and communication skills.
You will be part of a growing support team and will be working directly with customers within a fast moving and dynamic industry sector.
