Software Engineer

Java Developer- Sheffield

My client, a Sheffield based company has a great opportunity for a Java Developer. This is a permanent position where you will develop their new products and building software that is "cloud ready".

Requirements:

Technical Specialism:

• Proficiency in Java and frameworks ( Maven, Jenkins, Spring etc)
• Building and designing RESTful API's
• Some experience with Apache Camel, Apache ServiceMix or RedHat Fuse
• Experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Other skills and experience:

* Experience with following SOLID/KISS principles
* Commitment to continuous learning and a thirst to acquire new knowledge;
* A natural collaborator keen to learn from and mentor others.
