An award winning firm that has operating for over forty years is looking for a proven IT Support Engineer / Assistant to be part of a small IT team based in the Shoreditch / Angel area, North London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line (both remote and deskside) support for approximately 160 users, covering both hardware and software queries. There will also be the opportunity to assist with IT projects.

In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience working in a Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, IT Assistant, IT Support Engineer or similar role with proven 1st & 2nd line technical support experience. It is essential to have broad technical knowledge including Windows OS, Office 365 and hardware. This role will include client contact so it is essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity in a large firm with a broad remit. This IT Support Engineer / Assistant role is paying up to £26,000 depending on experience plus benefits including 23 days annual leave, Workplace pension scheme, Permanent Health Insurance, and Childcare voucher scheme.
