Up to £58,000 (+ £4,500 outer London weighting) depending on experience and extensive benefits (27days annual leave + generous pension)
Keystream are delighted to partner with South London and Maudsley NHS Trust in their search for an experienced Technical Service Manager to join a busy and dynamic Digital Services team.
South London & Maudsley NHS Trust provides a full range of mental health services to the people of Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham as well as national specialist services. The Digital Services team forms an integral part of the organisation and the successful Technical Service Manager will be responsible for the delivery of services and staff within the team
We are looking for a technically focused Technical Service Manager to report directly into the Head of Operational Services with experience of operating in a large-scale enterprise environment.
The successful Technical Service Manager will be technically astute as the organisation moves towards cloud based technologies.
The Technical Service Manager will also see the bigger picture in terms of strategy for the infrastructure, future planning, team leading and policy and procedure writing.
The Technical Service Manager will have significant experience of working in a high-pressure enterprise scale server and storage environment and the following technologies:
- Microsoft Azure
- Blade and Rack-mount server hardware
- EMC SAN technology including VNX and DataDomain
- Windows Server family
- VMware ESX Server/Virtual Centre
- TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP/WINS Network
- Active Directory
- Internet Information Services
- Microsoft Cluster Server / Network Load Balancing
